This policy explains what Jays' Fitness Systems ("JFS", "we") does with the personal details you share through this website. We follow the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms (free trial, contact, estate and corporate enquiries): your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and anything else you choose to add, such as your email, goals or preferred session time.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.

The BMI calculator runs in your browser. We never see or store the height and weight you enter.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, book your free trial or session, and give you the information you asked for. We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

Form messages are delivered to us by a form service, and WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp. They process your details only to deliver the message to us. The map on our contact pages is provided by Google and only loads when you tap "Show map".

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and look after you as a member, then delete them.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Email info@jfs.co.ke or message us on +254 795 557 878. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
